British Young Pilots is a fast-growing start-up on a mission to make aviation accessible and inspiring for young people. Through clubs, school programmes and holiday experiences across the UK, we help 11–16 year olds discover flying, build confidence and explore the world of aviation.

We’re looking for an Administrator to join our HQ team in Reading and support every part of the business as we continue to grow.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing day-to-day admin support across all our programmes

  • Managing enquiries, bookings and communications with parents and schools

  • Keeping records, systems and schedules organised

  • Helping with logistics and general operational support

  • Contributing ideas as we improve how we work

Who we’re looking for

  • Organised, reliable and happy to get stuck in

  • Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach

  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment

  • Experience is welcome but not essential — the right attitude matters most
